Yes, but a ground cloth is highly recommended. Do not drag the liner across the concrete as abrasions may cause holes. The surface must be smooth, level, stable and free of any sharp objects.

Can the spa be left up year-round?

It depends on where you live. It is not recommended to keep your spa on if your temperature falls lower than 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The spa may freeze and cracking may occur. spa can not withstand the weight of ice and snow. You‘d better store the spa when you do not mean to use it for a long time.

Yes. Manufacturer warrants spa against defects in materials and workmanship under proper use and service, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for the original owner only for the spa liner and 12 months for the electric parts of the spa. The manufacturers service center will accept the return of any factory defectives if you return the item within first 90 days from the date of original purchase. Does the spa liner require any special care to ensure durability?

Keep sharp objects out of the spa or from underneath of the spa. Maintain proper PH levels and keep the spa sanitary and clean.

How much air should I inflate the spa?

Inflate until the spa become stable with approx 85% capacity only. An over- inflated spa may burst or lead to leaks in the seam after being heated by the sun or filled with water. Always remember to use the attached pressure gauge to test and adjust the air pressure of the spa pool to a suitable status (make sure the pin points within the green area).

How often should the water be changed?

This figure may vary depending on usage and chemical balance. If properly filtered and chemically balanced, water should last through a summer season. You can reduce the need for water changes by keeping your spa covered when not in use, testing the water regularly to ensure proper chemical balance, operating the pump for an adequate number of hours each day, keeping the filter pump cartridge clean, and replacing the cartridge when needed.

How often should I test my spa water?

You should test your water each time you use the spa. Just use the attached test strip in the package, you can have an easy test of the water inside the spa pool. Always test for pH, alkalinity and for the sanitizer you are using (chlorine or bromine). Keeping the pH and alkalinity in the proper ranges allow your chemicals to work effectively and will lengthen the life of your jets, pumps and heater. If you are new to water chemistry, you should test the sanitizer level before every use. This will prevent any bacteria growth and will keep your spa completely safe and sanitary.

Should I install my spa indoor or outdoor?

Each location has its pros and cons. Outdoor installations may compromise some of your privacy, but you can add screens, shrubbery or fencing to minimize peering eyes. The outside weather can be a deterring factor, although many people absolutely love the experience of lounging in bubbling hot water while a light rain or snowflakes are falling! It can be exhilarating. Awnings can be built to shelter the effects of weather. It should be noted for those of you who have not experienced it, hot water raises your body's core temperature, so you will normally not feel cold even when exiting a hot tub outdoors in the dead of winter. Inside installations will add humidity to the air in your home. It is imperative that proper ventilation be maintained to control this moisture and to prevent mildew and other damage. If you decide on an inside installation, be sure to take into account the draining and filling of the unit. There are two other important questions: will it fit through your doorway? Is your flooring strength adequate? Keep in mind that a typical 4-person spa weighs about 2500 pounds filled with water. On the plus side, you will have privacy and convenience. Your unit and cover will also be fully protected from the weather.

You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners (which we will discuss with you): 1) You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual cost for shipping and handling) as a store credit, OR 2) You can get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid LESS a 20% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling.
